Free Gemini Horoscope for July 2012
July starts with a full moon in Capricorn on the third, the same day Mars finally moves into Libra. Both Capricorn and Libra are relationship signs for you, so this is a good time to air out emotional issues with a combination of objectivity (Libra) and sensitivity (moon). The sun and a new moon in Cancer carry on this theme until the 22nd, with the time around the 19th bringing up the peak of emotionality.
Your ruler Mercury spends the whole month in Leo, going retrograde on the 14th. This energy encourages spontaneous ideas and perhaps a bit of drama or overstimulation. Venus is (still!) in your sign all month, where she loves a good discussion, friendly conversation, a bit of socializing.
Now that Mars has moved out of Virgo, your chart is in somewhat better position to take advantage of the extraverted vibes. Virgo in your solar chart represents your inner experience, and Mars has been brooding on that for a long time. Virgo also represents your house, and you may finally be able to stop worrying about your residence for awhile.
You may also feel an urge to do a bit of shopping. Venus in your sign likes to shop and the newly activated sign of Libra is something of a shopaholic too. Best to go shopping for something particular that you want or need rather than go browsing for recreation. You may never get out of the mall unless you have a definite idea in mind.
Even if you’re not a shopper by nature, you’re likely to have the urge to get out and about. Your sign naturally likes to come and go and having Jupiter in your sign for 12 months exaggerates the tendency. It also gets rid of the prior tendency of Jupiter in Taurus to encourage you to spend some time alone, whether by choice or because your significant other was working hard or otherwise unavailable.
The trend for the next year is to spend a lot more time with people and less time dealing with internal or private issues. Along those lines, Uranus has been in your sector of friendship and group activities, battling with Pluto’s desire for privacy. The two retreat to their corners at mid-month and Uranus stations (gets powerful).
This may not affect you directly and personally but you may have to be very sensitive to the concerns of your friends and colleagues around the 13th. One or more of them may get surprising news or suddenly have to deal with something major.
The fact that Pluto and Uranus back off a bit from each other in mid-July doesn’t mean Pluto is going to leave you alone, though. Pluto is still in the deepest part of your chart, drilling down as far as it can go until it reaches whatever valuable or useful resource you have hidden somewhere deep in yourself. It may not get to the bottom of things for awhile, but it won’t stop until it does.
