Free Aries Horoscope for July 2012
July is national feelings month. That’s courtesy of the sun in Cancer every year at this time. Cancer is the patron sign of patriotic feelings, family feelings, sentimental feelings, sensitive feelings, uncomfortable feelings and shy but devoted feelings. If your main feeling is vulnerability in the face of your own and other people’s feelings, July is not your happy month because vulnerability is not your sign’s favorite sensation.
But you can put an Aries brave front on the situation, bite the bullet and go ahead and express a gushy feeling or two. The pinnacle of insecure touchy-feeliness occurs at the annual Cancer new moon on the evening of the 18th. Forewarned is forearmed.
The sun moves into Leo on the 22nd, an energy that is more up your alley, and Mercury spends the whole month in Leo, going retrograde on the 14th. There may be some bumps and bobbles in communication mid-month. Fortunately, Venus and Jupiter are both in Gemini all month, and they’re both very good at expressing what needs to be expressed without hesitation but with finesse and skill. In Gemini, they’re word-loving planets.
Meanwhile, Mars moves out of your health and work sector on the 3rd. This has been a very physical energy for almost 8 months, and for some it has been very demanding, although perhaps helpful in getting you to take up a new exercise program. Now Mars will be in your relationship sector for a reasonable 6 weeks, where he’ll try to help you accomplish something on the relationship front or at least encourage you to put effort into this area of your life for awhile.
Saturn’s already been encouraging you to put effort into this area of your life for almost 2 years. Saturn’s been trying to work on an inner level, to help you sort out what kind of practical structure you need in a relationship these days. For some of you (okay, maybe lots of you), this has meant that a relationship has had to end and work concerns have had to take priority in your busy schedule.
There’s still a bit of work to be done on relationships and the dynamic is highlighted in July by the fact that Uranus stations in your own sign at mid-month. Either Uranus will let you know that it is time for an important conversation or dialogue with someone close to you, or it will let you know that you still need to work things out internally before you’re ready to make commitments and promises.
With all the energy in Gemini, I’m betting on dialogue for most of you, but your own circumstances will determine what needs to be done. Finally, someone involved with your career is probably still giving you fits and will continue to do so through the first half of the month. There’s just not much traction for breaking the stalemate until Uranus stations on the 13th.
